Can I be a reserve please?
If anybody needs a seat filling just let me know, I'm in the Huntington are just outside cannock. By the way the pub there (the barns) is a very nice place for future meets.

Right ...............

Just to clear a few things up re: sponsorship;

This event is being used to raise awareness of and raise funds for the Team BOFA 4x4 entry into the 2012 MAC 4x4 UK Challenge. Therefore, anyone wishing to donate funds to MAcMillan can use the genreal BOFA4x4 Just Giving account, safe in the knowledge that cash will go straight to Macmillan and be credited to BOFA4x4 as the fund raiser.

Please use the following account http://www.justgiving.com/bofa4x4-2012

Sorry for the delay in sponsorship forms, they will be with you all shortly.

Sorry to hear of the head gasket woes - hope it's not too expensive to sort out mate.

Hope you're with LURCH - I'm gonna PM him again, just to get him to confirm he's still OK for the event.

Steve

Sorry we missed the deadline - work situation is getting tight and we have been hanging on and on for confirmation of a job over the MAC weekend.

Good / bad news is we have secured the work but sadly will have to pull out of the event - hope this gives time to recruit the reserve and you have a great day.

See you soon

4. Entry is FREE - however ....... there is a lot of work that goes into organising these events and we respectfully ask that all teams taking part make a reasonable donation (cash or cheque - collected at start of event) towards the Macmillan 4x4 Event in 2013.

Checking with Steve he's now asking for direct donations to the 2012 Just Giving account. I've just made a downpayment and will add more after payday. http://www.justgiving.com/bofa4x4-2012
Thanks again Griz for your hard work in setting up this event - I know it takes a lot of hours. Looking forward to the 18th!! :D :D

Cheers
