Wow, I knew that #9 was lying in wait. Weil done Richy and Julie.

Richy and Fraser came 52nd,
Chris n Ian came in @ 57th.
Of course the main winners were Macmillan

our own Grizzles came a very respectabuble 15th,

We would like to attribute our position to Grizzles mini Mac training or just a fluke, either way – no skill involved.

We had to a slight over pack (that’s a joke) we took two and a half bottles of whiskey and an industrial size hip flask.

Due to the lack of Bills attendance, We came back with three and a half bottles of whiskey and an empty hip flask.

To be fair we bought a bottle from the welsh whisky co and it was too 8loody cold Saturday night to stand outside drinking.

You and Alun always work well together mate ....... nice to hear you enjoyed the "mini-Mac" - to be honest, I enjoy setting the events probably more than actually taking part in them!

As for the real MAC - loved it. Well pleased with 15th as it was the first time that Karl and I had ever worked together.

Can't decide yet re: next year (got until mid-April) to do that, but I would certainly be up for doing a 'BOFA MAC' if that's what you want to call it, in the autumn - might even go over 2 days IF there's enough interest.
